A tailoring business
in a box
Open an NFD Classic hub and skip the decade of trial and error: proven patterns, digital operations, certified training, central procurement and a growing national brand, from day one.
What is in the box
Everything but the storefront, and we help with that too
- 01 Production-ready standards
- Digital patterns, step-by-step procedures and quality-control checklists, plug-and-play from launch.
- 02 The operations platform
- Orders, production tracking, inventory, payroll and automated accounts. One system, run for you.
- 03 Training & certification
- Your team is trained and certified through the NFD Fashion Academy before opening.
- 04 Central procurement
- Materials bought at network scale, so your costs are lower and your fabric is consistent.
- 05 Shared marketing
- National campaigns that send clients to every hub, at a fraction of the cost of going it alone.
- 06 Contracts you could not win alone
- Hubs plug into the fulfilment chain for large local and international orders won by the network.
- 07 Finance on fair terms
- Access to impact grants and network-negotiated credit. If you cannot match the full capital requirement, we top up the difference and you repay from operations, asset-backed and Shari’ah-compliant.
The economics, plainly
You own the hub. We own the standard.
The network charges a 7% royalty on revenue, and where we co-invest we hold a stake of at most 40%, so the majority of every hub stays with its local partner. Monthly accounts and profit-sharing are calculated automatically by the platform, and every figure is auditable.

Who we look for
